18... EIGHTEEN... 1-8

This weekend was filled with Birthday festivities!! So fun to celebrate our oldest child's life! Seriously I CAN. NOT. Believe that 18 years ago our first child was born. Our first bundle of joy, our first experience as being parents, our first of everything from tiny clothes to sleepless nights. It was beautiful, and we were in love at first sight. Lacey you have filled our lives with joy and we are grateful that God placed you first in this family. Thank you for being a wonderful daughter, a fierce sister & for striving to follow where God leads you. We can not wait to see what AMAZING things God is gonna do in your life!
WE LOVE YOU!

HaPpY 18th BiRtHdAy!!!!!

"For this reason, since the day we heard about you (Lacey), we have not stopped praying for you and asking God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding. And we pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please him in every way bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God."  ~Col 1:9-11

No.41 Changing The World for ONE.

A Little about No.41...

No. 41 started on a whim and a prayer in March 2012, with the intent of teaching young women from the Noel Orphanage in Gisenyi, Rwanda (ages 18-25) not only to sew, a culturally relevant trade that would always sustain them, but to give back to their community through a feeding program supporting local schools.
The first No.41 bag (for one child, for one meal, for one year) was sold in May 2012 and today No.41 employs 21 women from the orphanage, as well as 11 from the surrounding village. We have 9 mamas better providing for their 13 children and 17 of our young women are now enrolled in university.
No. 41 is about empowering young women. Our goal is not to give them the world, but to show them that God has already given them everything they need to go out there and take it. When you join with us, you are truly changing the world FOR ONE.
This ministry is truly Rockin' it! And YOU can be apart of it through prayer, sponsorship, or purchasing an amazing bag. We have met many of these girls and they are so inspiring. Not only have their lives been transformed, but they are changing the lives of the children in their community. Way cool ya'll!

Each bag provides...For ONE child, for ONE meal, for ONE year
