No.41

What an amazing ministry!! Lacey wakes every morning to the hum of sewing machines working away & the laughter of  amazing young women sewing. She has truly been blessed to be apart of these girls lives. No.41 provides skills training and sustainable income to orphaned young women in Gisenyi, Rwanda as they get on their feet and transition to independence. The proceeds from their bags and beads also fund a school feeding program for secondary school students in the area. These girls are amazing and they are thriving!!! Visiting Orphans

God is taking our family back to Rwanda & Ethiopia and we are SO EXCITED!!!! Last year we were blessed to be able to take our 3 oldest children to Africa and it was amazing. We fell in love with the country, the people and God not only used us in ways we never dreamed, but he changed our hearts forever!!!! This December we will co-lead a team & travel back with 5 of our children to love on orphans, visit new friends & hug the necks of our friends that we miss so much!

WE. WANT. YOU. TO. JOIN. US!!!!!!

to read about our trip & pray about joining us for a life changing experience,
you will NEVER regret going to be the hands and feet of Jesus and your heart will NEVER be the same!!
This is what you'll look like after 20+ hours of travel
You'll talk without using words
You could hang with some cool teenagers

Carry a sweet baby on your back

worship our Savior

Cry because you have to leave them

Man up & love on orphans (Come on Men)

Make life long friends

Ummmm.... hang with gorilla's - both of them!

See beautiful angels

Share your heart with children
Share Jesus with Beautiful Friends

Get Your hair braided (Ouch!)

Meet little lovies

Learn to carry a bunch of stuff on your head!

Buy some goats
And the list goes on, and on, an on.....

You will have memories you will never forget & you will be drawn closer to the face of God!!!
Please prayerfully consider joining us. We. Would. Love. For. You to experience what we have!!

Learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, plead the widow's cause.

Still here?!?!?!

Ha!  I really do love this blogging business. But. It. Is. Hard. to find time to sit down to share with all the kiddos home for the summer:/ We've had so much going on and our summer has been super fun so far. We got Lacey off to Africa where she is having a great time, Baylie has been with her cousin in Houston having a blast, Sydnie's been at the gym preparing for the upcoming gymnastics meet season, and the rest have turned into little sun kissed fish!!! We've been to a Texas Rangers game, six flags, family reunion, the river to play. We've had swimmers ear, bruises, scraps, ant bites, physicals, well-checks, MRI, upper GI, Ophthalmologist, Geneticist, GI doc and there's still more fun waiting rooms to sit in! (note sarcasm) ha! God has shown himself in so many ways here lately. We have made new friendships, spent time with old friends & new friends. We have had another mission trip yard sale to raise money for our Africa trip in December. (still recovering from that) and gotten another $1000 closer to our goal:) We are truly blessed and thankful to God for the good, the bad & the ugly. And I pray that our family will continue to bring Him glory in everything we do!!!!
